Vignettes & a Tutorial

Vignette n. : a running ornament (as of vine leaves, tendrils, and grapes) put on or just before a title page or at the beginning or end of a chapter; also : a small decorative design or picture so placed 

What I love most about vignettes is that their are no rules.  Vignettes are appropriate in any room and created in any style.  I personally am drawn towards eclectic vintage and pop culture/art styles.

Tutorial

 I came across this great tutorial on Giddy Giddy and I knew I had to make a go at it.  Wall hooks made from wire and paper mache. 

Mine may not be as functional or look as neat but I do love this addition to our apt when you first walk in the door.
